A native of Rome, Alessandro began his endeavors with the acclaimed East Village gem Cacio e Pepe. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to continue with Bocca Restaurant (Gramercy Park) and Spiga (UWS). A longtime resident of Carroll Gardens, he became determined to bring his love for simple, delicious food to a community he has come to adore

Native Brooklynite Chef David has been perfecting his craft since he was a young boy. When he could barely reach the kitchen counter he would watch and help his Nonna prepare the earthy, hearty Italian dishes everyone has come to love. He uses fresh ingredients from local purveyors on this simple but sophisticated menu, allowing the flavors of the ingredients shine on their own merit. Chef David comes to Old School Brooklyn with the wealth of experience and knowledge accrued as Head Chef at Blue Water Grill, Bocca Restaurant and Contorno's

Born into an Italian family in London, England, Pasquale brings a wealth of customs and traditions to OSB. As a waiter, bartender and manager with over ten years experience, as well as a longtime association with Chef David and Alessandro, he is thrilled to be a part of bringing Carroll Gardens an exciting new dining experience
